Our team is expanding.
MODAMICA is looking for a professional "checkout clerk" for the store located in via Gian Battista Rubini n. 26 Valbrembo (BG).
The candidate will be responsible for managing cash operations which consist of:
- manage customer transactions using cash registers;
- scan merchandise and ensure pricing accuracy;
- collect payments in cash, with payment cards, through specific mobile applications, prepaid cards or coupons;
- issue receipts, give change and receipt;
- take care of customer complaints, guide them and provide them with relevant information;
- greet customers as they enter and exit the store;
- insert the goods into the bags;
- keep the cash register areas clean and tidy;
- track transactions on evening balance sheets and report any discrepancies;
- help customers register to obtain a member card and participate in store promotions;
- know all the items on display;
- enveloping, boxing or wrapping gift packages;
- manage returns, refunds and exchanges of goods, verifying that the returned goods are in excellent condition;
- report negative feedback to the manager;
- count the cash fund at the beginning and end of each shift;
- always show patience and politeness, respecting safety procedures and company rules and regulations.

Requirements that constitute added value in the selection phase:
Experience in a similar role in high-level Fashion Retail
Age between 22/30 years
Required qualification:
- High school diploma in economics
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
Once you have passed our selection process:
- You will participate in continuous specialist training on hard and life skills lasting over 50 hours per year
- You will join the team in the role of checkout clerk
