Shipping and deliveries

MODAMICA-GESTIMODA SRL always ships for free throughout Italy.
It uses TNT-Fedex and DHL couriers, from Monday to Friday.

 

Delivery time

The goods are delivered within 1-3 working days.
The order placed on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday morning. During sales periods, shipments may be slightly delayed. In any case, MODAMICA-GESTIMODA SRL reserves the right to delay the shipment in the event of force majeure.

 

Shipment tracking

As soon as the order is shipped, the Customer receives an email in his inbox from MODAMICA-GESTIMODA SRL with the tracking number specified, and a direct link to monitor the status of the shipment. This link will also be accessible in the reserved e-commerce area, which the Customer can access via e-mail and password.

 


Delivery of the order

Upon arrival of the goods, the Customer is responsible for carefully checking the package before placing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. The box containing the Customer's products is carefully sealed and must not have been tampered with in any way. Should this happen, the Customer is required to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse the delivery. In any case, once the delivery document has been signed without having made any reservations, MODAMICA-GESTIMODA SRL will not accept any complaints regarding the products delivered. The Customer who places an order establishes a commercial relationship with GESTIMODA SRL, and therefore undertakes to collect his/her package.

If delivery of the same is not possible for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping and storage costs at the warehouses of the courier and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. Furthermore, MODAMICA-GESTIMODA SRL is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier or to causes of force majeure (strikes, transport difficulties, adverse weather events, etc.). In this case, the Customer will be promptly notified of the occurrence of one of these conditions.
