MODAMICA is looking for a professional figure to be included in the men's department of the store located in via Gian Battista Rubini n. 26 Valbrembo (BG).

Key Drivers to be part of the HLS (High Level Standard) Men's Sales Team:

• Passion and knowledge relating to the world of men's fashion
• Strong aptitude for continuous professional and personal improvement
• Mindset oriented towards excelling in team work
• Focus on results-oriented operational excellence
• High ability to implement feedback through on-the-job training

Requirements that constitute added value in the selection phase:

• Experience in Fashion Retail for at least 5 continuous years
• Age between 25/40 years with particular attention to personal care
• Advanced knowledge of the English language
• Expert level use of the Office package
• Effective application of Social Selling in fashion retail

Once you have passed our selection process:

• You will participate in continuous specialist training on hard and life skills of over 100 hours per year
• You will join the team in a Sales Specialist role
• You will actively participate in purchases and the analysis of market fashion trends

• You will make your career advancement based on the results achieved and the skills developed as a result of the training received and applied
