Returns and Replacements Policy

DOES IT NOT MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS?

If for any reason you don't like the products, don't worry, you can return them.

Fill out the return form that you found in the shipping box, or print it by clicking on this link: return form

Help us understand why you have decided to return the items by using the form on the next page. Please, complete it with your details , the code and/or description of the product you intend to return (you can find them in the order confirmation email or in your personal area) and the reason for the return. AND possible to do replacement with a different item , or the change size of the same article.

Package your items

If possible, reuse the original packaging, otherwise use any box you have. The items must be there returned unused with all ( yes, all ) labels attached. Fill out the return form and put it in the box. These steps are extremely important to make the refund.

Attach the shipping label

If you kept the box, stick the return label on the original shipping label. Be sure to cover or completely remove the old barcode from the packaging.

Choose the return method best suited to you

Go to the MODAMICA store in the Click&Collect area. Bring your purchase receipt with you.

Or, select the date most convenient for you and book the collection wherever you want:

- Via UPS, calling +39 02 30 30 30 39 or visiting the website www.ups.com/it/it/ Remember to specify that you already have
a shipping label to avoid incurring unnecessary costs.

- Via a UPS Access Points, by finding the point closest to you on the site https://www.ups.com//mobile/locator

You have 15 days to make your return/replacement.

Items must be returned intact, with all their original packaging and labels still attached. Items that are damaged, stained, soiled or visibly ruined will not be accepted.

If the appearance of the product received does not meet your expectations, contact our Customer Service before proceeding with the return.

As soon as we receive and process your return, we will credit you the amount due net of return shipping costs. In case of replacement, the costs will be borne by us.

COSTS:
ITALY
The cost of return in Italy is €10, free for changing size or colour.
EUROPEAN UNION
For European Union member countries the cost of return is €20, the cost of changing size or color is €15.
EXTRA EU
For European countries not members of the European Union the cost of return is €35, the cost of changing size or color is €25.
REST OF THE WORLD
For the rest of the world the cost for returning or exchanging goods is €80.
