Modamica expands its Sales Team!
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Fashion Customer Consultant (FCC), you will be the brand ambassador and smiling face of MODAMICA. You will work on the most important role in the sales department and will be the first direct channel between Customers and our Products. You will build customer loyalty and relationships while challenging sales and productivity goals.
Knowing how to build an excellent Customer Experience means for us:
- Be passionate about the world of fashion and have knowledge of it
- Help customers select, purchase and refund merchandise by demonstrating your excellence in customer service
- Identify customers' temperaments and recommend products that suit their style
- Respond to customer questions and complaints in a polite and courteous manner
- Assist other sales staff during peak periods to ensure customers in all areas are attended to promptly, with waiting times kept to a minimum
Department and product presentation:
- Ensure that your departmental presentation meets or exceeds Modamica requirements
- Maintain reasonable stock levels of all merchandise in the department
- Know the layout of the store; direct customers to goods, services and facilities as appropriate
- Assist the management team in coordinating and executing merchandising activities, such as inventory management, promotional activities, and merchandise stock flow
Key requirements
- Age between 25/40 years with particular attention to personal care
- High school diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
- Minimum 2 years of sales or checkout experience in a retail environment
- Proficient in operating a POS recorder
- Use of the Office package at an expert level
- Capable of working in a high pressure environment
- High energy level, have a positive approach to work and team responsibilities
- Ability to work flexible hours/shifts, including weekends and holidays. Able to work overtime when necessary
- Knowledge of the English language
- Effective application of Social Selling in fashion retail
- Strong aptitude for continuous professional and personal improvement
- Mindset oriented towards excelling in team work
- Focus on results-oriented operational excellence
- High ability to implement feedback through on-the-job training
